How to use

Your first plan in a minute. No sign-up, and your data stays in your browser.

  1. Pick a cargo space

A pallet, van, truck, semi-trailer or container. If yours is not listed, choose “Custom size” and enter the inside dimensions.

  2. Add your cargo

For each item enter the size of one piece, its weight and the quantity. Paste a long list from Excel with one button.

  3. Set the conditions

“Do not stack on top” for fragile goods, “This side up” for appliances, and under “More conditions” how much one piece can carry.

  4. Read the plan

It recalculates after every change. Turn the 3D view, tap a box to see its details, or play the loading step by step.

  5. Hand over the instructions

“Loading instructions” splits the load into stages with pictures, easy to show the loading crew on a phone.

Good to know

  • If everything does not fit, the planner adds a second space and more, and tells you how many you need.
  • The step order works for loading through the rear door: front wall to door, tier by tier from the floor up.
  • A centre of gravity near the middle is easier on the axles. If it is off centre, move heavy items.
  • The “in, lb” switch in settings shows sizes in inches and pounds.
